We were so excited to find this company--such a great idea to keep stuff out of landfills AND save us from having to replace a very expensive appliance. Our Dacor oven refused to turn on. We thought one particular board was at fault, sent it to FixYourBoard, but that fix didn't quite work. You encouraged us to send back that board and the other board and the front panel itself. The result: a fully functional oven that would have cost $6K+ to replace. Very impressed with your professionalism, customer service, pricing, and determination to make things work. Thank you!
When my control board in my ginormous side by side oven went out I was in dire straights! The replacement part was no longer being sold and neither was an electric range of the same size. I would have had to replace my cabinets in order to accommodate a standard size range! I came across this company through a Google search and decided to give it a shot. I couldn't be more pleased! They repaired the board and sent it back within 2 days, and it works great!
