Process went exactly as advertised. When I called, the lady on the phone confirmed my troubleshooting and that they could rebuild my board. Hint: make sure the ribbon cable is fully reinserted, I had to remove the panel and secure that connection before it worked.
My circuit boards arrived this morning. 10 minutes later my refrigerator was back up and running. Great service, quick turn around time, and they kept me informed during the repair and shipping process. These guys do a terrific job. Will definitely use them if needed in the future.

I called up and spoke with a young woman who was totally on top of the situation. She explained that I needed my old HV control board refurbished, rather than get a refurbished board from some other 'frig, so the board would link up with the other control hardware.
The local repair folks did not understand this trick, so thanks to you I am not throwing out a perfectly good 5 year-old frig. They wanted me to replace a secondary control board, which your person indicated just never fails.
When I got my refurbished board from you I installed it, did not need to set any codes, and it worked perfectly.

Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my board. However, their customer service was prompt and very reasonable. After making 2 additional unsuccessful attempts to fix my control board, they issued a full refund without question. They stand by their work, and make it right when they are unable to fix it. What more could you ask from a company? I would certainly recommend them to other consumers.
Very fast turnaround time from dropoff at local PO to return of the repaired product. Excellent and informative customer service by phone, then very detailed explanation of repair work upon return of the just fixed board. Faster and cheaper than ordering a new part, and much cheaper than a service call
